Finding the most beneficial lending relationship and commercial deal can be problematic and time consuming. There are a large number of banks and other financial providers in the market and key personnel and lending policies change regularly. We monitor the market closely and are well placed to identify the most likely providers for a particular transaction. We negotiate the best terms and we deliver the optimum financial structure.

Andrew has been an established name in the development and refurbishment finance broking world for many years. Andrew specialises in finding solutions which work for the client. His knowledge and experience of the funding market sets him apart from the crowd.
Andrew comes from a legal background which brings a high and demanding professional standard throughout a transaction.
Andrew is based in the Cotswolds.
Nick Oakley
Partner
Nick has over 25 years of real estate lending and banking experience. Beginning his career with Lloyds Bank and in recent times has worked for specialist UK lenders, covering residential and commercial property propositions, from ground up projects to developer exit and longer term finance. In his career Nick has held many senior management roles covering the full lending life cycle, so is well placed to support clients and lenders alike to achieve the end goal.
Nick has a BA (Hons) in Financial Services; is an Associate of the Chartered Banker Institute (ACIB / ACBI) and holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP).
